At Oscar's Chic French Interiors we not only pride ourselves on selecting individual items to adorn your home, but we also care about their safe delivery to your home.

All smaller items are sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class Post apart from Jewellery which is sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature and Handbags which are sent Special Next Day Delivery.   We aim to dispatch goods within five working days of having received your order and payment.  If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, then please sign for as damaged and inform us immediately.

All furniture, mirrors and chandeliers are sent via a courier company, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Deliveries are made within 15 working days of an order being placed and paid for, and we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date/time within our delivery schedule.

We also like to reuse packaging as much as possible to do our bit for the environment and always strive to package our items really well to safeguard them in transit.

We have tried to keep the cost of your delivery to the minimum but Royal Mail postage costs and courier costs are out of our control.  Should you live within a reasonable distance of Epping, Essex then you are more than welcome to pick up your purchases to save on the postage costs.  This would be by prior appointment only.
